    Fzr died on hose

Was flushing the ski out last night after a ride and it cut out on me, removed hose straight away and it started back up fine, also the right pisser and rear don't squirt on the hose, should they?

no the right is for the intercooler it wont flow water on hose.......the rear is a vent for the bilge/syphoin system and will not do anything unless water is in hull bilge

Were you revving the ski when it died? If so, I had a SHO that did that once in a while and didn't on water. Searched and found nothing of concern. Could possibly be a tps issue or some other sensor, but rode fine. If under warranty, have it checked out.

If you want to flush the intercooler, put your finger over the left pisser while it's running, after a few seconds you'll get flow from the right. I tend to alternate the process for a bit, so nothing gets too hot...

My FZR died on the hose when the oil was overfilled. Maybe that is the culprit.

I tried covering left pisser for a few moments but obviously wasn't long enough as the right still wasn't flowing. Only at 7 hours so not been topped up or swapped out yet.

Your water pressure might not be high enough, I get some dribble out of the right side even when I don't cover the left but the water pressure is pretty high at my hose.

I installed a check valve on mine.......found water goes to least resistance that is out back of strainer and through the oil cooler and engine....... not through intercooler......luckily the water passages are huge so intercooler went clogg water passages

Hose was blasting its tits off! To be honest I thought that could of been the reason it cut out at first, possibly due to too much water blocking/backing up, then realised this couldn't be the case as water was dribbling out the rear. Left pisser gave out quite warm water, covered it for maybe 30 seconds but couldn't get anything out of the right pisser. Ski starts and sounds fine, hopefully will run ok this weekend aswell, just found it perculiar that it cut out, never experienced it before so naturally shit my pants.
