    Ground Wires test?

Well i did it now. I was playing with my Carbs, I seen a ground wire broken. So i removed Four wires from the front left side of motor. (Ground wires) One wire was broke off. Did not think to much at the time. When i was done playing under the hood i went to hook up the gounds i could not fine the one wire that was broke at all. When i hook up Key i get nothing. No beep or no starting.
What are the Four wires and where do the wires go?
    1) went up to left side of spark plug wire box.
2,3) There are two wires that go into a black rubber sleeve not sure where they are going but they are on the left side of ski.
    4) 4th wire all i have is the broken end can not find the wire at all. Iv looked with a mirror under motor and can not find it. it was last seen right in front of motor left side right under were all the ground hook up. I would think a starter wire?
This is on a 1998 seadoo XP limited.
