    2009 rxp is oil recomandation

    Hey guys my buddy has a 2009 rxp is and we are going to change the oil on it. I've read use the amsoil 10w40 for motors cycles that's wet clutch safe ?

    I read 2007 and down just curious if the 2009 uses the same sc clutch system?

    Mobile 1 4t is wet clutch approved and it has a shit load of zddp in it. The best part is its available at autozone and orileys

    Shell rotella T 15w-40 standard oil... its JASO MA certified (certified for motorcycles with wet clutches) used it FOREVER in my motorcycles which rev much higher than these skis see... and its cheap at wallmart (i know you said you are in canada... im sure theres some analog to wally world up there)

    Any oil that is JASO MA rated will work,which brand is all personal preference..

    Its rated JASO MA2 (Higher than the Mobil 1 4T) and wal mart carries it for $8 a quart.

    About the clutches.
    You have the newer version and no issues like the 07 and older models...

    I use the Valveoline 10/40 motorcycle wet clutch oil.
    Ive changed oil in over 200+ skis with 0 issues..
    It's cheaper and does the job..
