I got a 01 pro1200, it's bored 1 over, took out the oil inj. System I have read about u need to change the jets, what size jets do I need to get or where can I by a jet kit at.

And I was thinking about buying v-force reeds for it but can't seem to find them on line

You want to change the carb jetting because you converted the engine to pre-mix oiling, correct?

I can relate to jetting change if oil is injected in carb throat or intake port like Fuji 650/750 engines, but in this case either premix or injected oil still takes same path through carb metering block. So ... why? Am I missing something?

Good point. The oil mixes in the carb before it goes through the jets.

At idle or lower speeds (with the variable flow rate stock oil injection system) your oil ratio is like 100:1, at wot its like 60:1.

Going to a premix of 40:1 means you are replacing the space the gas would normal occupy going thru the jet with oil. that means less gas, which means leaner running carbs.

at sea level its a big deal. as you climb elevation not so much, as the cars were jetted for sea level.
