100 hour maintenance question
Curious... lets say the SC was rebuilt at 80 hours.
If done correctly will the 100 hour maintenance warning still come up?
Or when they would have done this at 80 hours is there a reset for the time?
And I'm assuming you'd need the CanDoo system to reset the warning short of going to the dealer?

Yes, if a dealer did the SC, then they should have reset the counter....You will need a dealer to reset...
I am not sure if Candoo can do it or not, I have never used a can doo so I dont know.

SBT scanner tool can do it so I would assume Candoo will do it also

Yes, Candoopro can reset it. As a side note, on some models the value needs to be reasonably close to the warning level, or it will not reset. In other words, if you try to reset it at 10 hours, it might not reset, but would at 80. This is true using BUDS as well, not just Candoopro.

Oh, I didn't know there are various types.
Well lets hope they actually did reset it.
Thanks for the input.

If they didn't reset it don't let it worry you.
No harm is done by the light staying on.
I think its bs they charge to shut off a light...
Just another reason why they are stealerships...
