    s/c intake

The first picture is of the supercharger with the 4" billet adapter . . . enables a 4" silicone pipe to clamp directly on it.

The second picture is showing the filter (last year's version) attached to the elbow...you can see where it is going to attach.

The third pic is the elbow w/ filter attached on the s/c intake. Short & fat.

    s/c intake II

    Here's another variation on the same theme . . . a little shorter w/ a K&N high-flow X-type filter.

Very nice!! I like that longer adapter you have though just to be on the safe side if you ever take on water.

    adapter

It is the sea doo centre one and it does not have a seal. Very well machined, but a film of ultra black wouldn't hurt.

Nice, Chris, thanks! I’m going to plagiarize the hell out of that! Are you going to stick with the K&N, or maybe try just one of the screen mesh jobs some others are getting at autozone? Also, did you find it a necessity to take the SC out?

Thanks! Hope it works as well for you too! Definitely not necessary to take the s/c out - they were already out for a rebuild & are on their way back in. I am on the fence between an all-stainless steel filter & just a water-resistant pre-filter...I'm leaning toward just a pre-filter fitted over a shell/frame - good flow & no H20.

Where did you get the billet adapter?

What size and length is the hose?

Where did you get the air filter..?

So im guessing the big thing is to get a 4 inch hose on the inlet of the supercharger to make more power..

    custom s/c intake

The billet adapter is from Sea Doo Centre, though I think Green Hulk also sells its equivalent.

The hose is a 4" diameter silicone elbow that you can find on e-bay.

The first tall silver (4" x 9") air filter is from AutoZone. The second red 4" x 4" is K&N off their web-site.

The big thing is to let your intake breathe cleanly without restriction...a 4" short intake seems to do the trick.

If you are worried about cosmetics/aesthetics and not concerned about price, then buy a Riva rear intake set-up.
