What to expect on a VXR through hull exhaust?

Well I went ahead and ordered the water box and through hull and was wonder what challenges will I be facing? Anything that requires special tools? Besides a whole saw that is. Will be ordering a seat cover and the trim kit too.

expect a giant bushel of Awesome!

Just take your time on the install and have a buddy there as you will need an extra pair of hands... I barrowed a little neighbor girl that was able to lay on the motor and get her top half down in the hull to hold the backing ring ... but once you get 2 of them started it goes right together

Did you get riva box and riva through hull? That will be my next mod but probly gonna wait till next season because it runs close to $1000. The trim kit rear grab handle and seat cover was easy and looks great but there is still one piece on back order I have yet to receive. Get a professional to install seat cover. I heard the water box is hard to get out but other than that doesn't look too bad post pics and how-to when it arrives Click image for larger version.

How much was the start cover install?

Its like Christmas for me I got the Riva pro water box, Riva rear exhaust, ngk iridium plugs, 3.5 inch custom intake, the rest of the trim kit, blacktip black with carbon fiber black seat cover, yamaha cover, rear storage tub, and custom pisser removal, and a tto tach. Spent some money the last few days.

I like to splurge on my ski too lol I'm sitting on couch now just ordered new safety lanyard and 3M marine cleaner and wax who knows what else I find. This eBay app is dangerous
