Angry Crank case or remove oil injector?

I have replaced a cracked piston in my 1995 750 slt , and now have melted the other one. I should have replaced the injector or removed it completly, but didn't. Is there any reason to beleive the crank case needs to be replaced or just the piston again and replce the injector or remove it? like to get it out in a couple of weeks . please help.

Whats the status on the fuelb upgrades? Triple outlet fuel pump? Rebuilt carbs? New fuel lines?
