    X-Charger Opinions

    Hey Everyone,

Here is the scenario...about a month ago I bought a 2006 RXP in pretty decent shape for $1500 with the understanding that it had a bad motor. Hopefully, the new motor will be here next week and at that point I will be in it for about $4500 plus a few extra hundred in tools. Part of me is like any other red blooded American man with slightly less than average sized genitalia and am thinking, lets make it faster. The other part of me says that at this point I've got what I think is a good deal. Last year I bought a low hour Honda R-12x with a triton double trailer for $4500 so I now have two skis for ~$9k.

So the question at hand is whether I spend about $400 and rebuild the stock charger or do the X-charger and 42's for around a grand? I know at some point it is kind of useless to dump money in a nearly 10 year old ski and may as well upgrade to something newer down the road.

    Thanks Guys,

    Will

don't forget a 4" air intake, catch can, intake grate and a solas 15/20 . You will not get full use of that x-charger and 42's without them

Not trying to be funny or sarcastic. But I think with all the threads going around here in greenhulk, that this info is a given, even to a newbie. I could be wrong, but that's what id think at "this day and age" with RXPs.

    ...and especially an external IC
