    And they all walked away.

I'll make this as short as possible.

Last friday i was in a meeting at work because the construction company i work for has had a recent run of accidents and management felt it needed to be addressed. We had a bucket truck catch fire while driving down 95 and was totalled, we had a worker get caught between two trucks manuvering in close quarters, some small equipment mishaps and damages. We also had a $400,000, 30 ton crane come crashing to the ground mere feet from workers on the ground. While in the meeting one of the foremen next to me gets a phone call. One of his laborers was driving his 05 F-350 service truck to the jobsite on 95 in heavy rain when he lost control colliding with a mini van flipping it over onto the guard rail and then flipping the F-350 multiple times through the guardrail, down the grass median, and coming to rest just feet from plunging off a wall onto another busy highway below. Unbeliveably, every single person involved in all of the mentioned accidents WALKED AWAY. Life is a precious thing that can be taken away in an instant. Be careful out there.

Sound like your company needs to hire a few good people. In my dad's construction he would dock the employees pay for 30 days if they rolled or an accident was there fault. He did it legally with paperwork.
