    high idle on hose

    On the hose I'm seeing 1800 with spikes up to 2000. This seems really high. What could be causing this? This was a problem the last time I turned on the ski before adding my new intercooler and et18 wheel.

    Try recalibrating your TPS. I don't know if it works on the motec but it does work on the vipec. You can try it an see.

    Maybe you have a Intake manafold leak or your map sensor hose came off? Just a thought

    I'm getting ready for my brothers wedding. JD1 told me it was a boost leak somewhere. I just put a fresh line on for the BOV. I know the map sensor hose is connected, but maybe the hose itself developed a leak. I'll check that tomorrow.

    I replace the bov line and the map sensor line and the high idle rpms are still there. I didn't have a ton of time to go over things with my brothers wedding. Hopefully today or tomorrow I can look over things. I'll check the intake manifold to make sure it is tight.

    I know it might be crazy but can you check the throttle body? I know it's hard on the fz, fx, models. I would check to see if it closes fully. My cars throttle body is almost identical to these on these ski's and wasn't closing all the way and my car was idling high as well.
