1100zxi slowly lost spark while driving bc I was sinking!

Everything was fine until I could only run about 5000 rpms. I pulled over and saw 3 inches of salt water inside hull so I got back to the ramp ASAP. It slowly started to loose more and more rpms until I got got to ramp and shut it down, got it on the trailer, emptied hull and tried to start it. Had week spark and wouldn't start but would fire a little. Got it home and now no spark at all. Please help!!

That grey electrical box most likely has water in it. Disconnect the battery and then open the e/box up and have a look.
I guessed at the year model but here is a diagram of one...

I just realized it has spark. Still won't start. I poured gas down the carbs and nothing! I read that I could pour a teaspoon down the spark plug holes. I'm going to try that tomorrow. If I have spark and compression what else could it be... Maybe a sensor or something?

Have you opened up the e/box yet to see how wet it might be in there?
    What is your compression?
What does your spark plugs look like? Got a new set to try?

I just put in new plugs and poured fuel in spark plug holes. Exhaust was off bc I lost exhaust manifold nuts and one stud. Cranked it and it fired right up. Turned it off quick bc it was so loud. Now I'm waiting for parts. I guess it was water in carbs and/or wires
