    intercooler condensation

    today temparature was
    91.4 degrees Fahrenheit
    with 75 % humidity

    after my ride i remove my intercooler to check every thing and i see condensation in the intercooler and i have a little bit of wather
    my intercooler is a riva gen3 brand new

    do you have a trick for my problem

    because when im full throttle my engine cut a second because the condensation in the intercooler go in the engine

    If there is water in your intercooler to throttlebody hose, it is a bad intercooler. Someone else posted last week about a Riva intercooler leaking right out of the box!

    i pressure tested my intercooler and its okay

    thats why im asking for help

    Is there water inside the intercooler to throttlebody hose?

    my core was wet and i have a little bit of wather in the tubing and i have some condensation in the throttle body

    my core have no leak

    i know its condensation because 75 % of humidity its alot
    i need a trick to stop my problem

    I could be wrong but there shouldn't be any water or condensation at the throttle body when running, I live in Florida and it gets a lot more humid than 75%, I've never seen any moisture in my discharge tube.

    Lets wait for some pros to step in, they'll help you figure it out.

    Mine always get some condensation about a teaspoon after sitting for a while, it's normal but shouldn't be a lot to cause hesitation

    The GEN 3 is a BADA$$ intercooler which is why it has some condensation. That basically means its cooling like a MOFO. You're motor did that from another cause IMO.

    Nothing to worry about.
