ok i will reduce the inlet and outlet . is there a difference of pressure in the pump vs nozzle . my fitting is welded in the nozzle in the biggest part of it , where you usually put the wedge . i will also take the pressure on the outlet side of the intercooler just to make sure it is flowing correctly .

You want it the other way around, you want the outlet to be a little restricted, a smaller size than the inlet, that way your intercooler will fill up all the way. It works a little like a purge and will bring the pressure up as well and also push any air you have in the line, out.

i did begin like that but the pressure was way to high. it was 5/16 in and 3/16 out . i finish at 1/4 in 3/8 out whit 15 psi of water pressure . i think there a lot of pressure ( maibe 500 psi )in the cone and to drop to 20 psi for the ic it take smaler in and biger out

Yea I don't think ur thinking is correct.
Cone pressure shouldn't be over 150-200psi
And unless u have a restriction down hill of ic I don't get how u have pressure in ur ic with smaller in bigger out

500 psi was sarcastic but imagine 150 psi in 5/16 hole , it a lot of water . i have a gauge on my ic piping . to have 15 psi at WOT i need 1/4 in and 3/8 out and the outlet is side by side whit the stock pisser so i can see the 3/8 hole trow some big amount of water . i am going to test it again today whit different restriction whit rickwhite theory in mind , lest water and slower
