    supercharger rebuild symptoms?

After busting my ass to aligning my motor, replace parts, install bilge all before my vacation I go towards test the ski and seems like my supercharger needs rebuilt. I go out to test the engine alignment and new carbon seal and I get Little to no revs. I see about 5000rpms and then it's surges. I'm also getting a decent amount of bluish smoke out the exhaust. Sound like the supercharger?

Even with a completely failed supercharger your ski would still turn 6200-6400 RPM

Being you have blue smoke out the exhaust and the engine is surging them you have other issues.

This is definitely not a supercharger issue!

Check your spark plugs for oil. Fingers crossed it's not a stuck ring. Could be a worn valve guide too.
Hope it's an easy fix. Good luck

Tell me about it. Now I'm even more worried about what it could be. I'm not sure if I should wash my hands of it and try to trade it in on a brand new ski. I have 2 skis and both of them have not ran reliably since I've had them. It's pretty frustrating especially when I fix them properly and don't half ass it.

Check your intercooler see if its leaking water and check your oil see if its milky. If your not running a catch can and your vent returns to the intake manifold you will be forcing milky foamy oil into the engine hence the blue smoke.

I just had all the inter cooler and intake hoses off and there was no trace of oil or water. I am running a catch can so the oil isn't being recirculated. I'm tempted to just trade this thing in at thispoint. It's been a total headache since I've owned it.
