help removeing PTO flywheel
Im trying to remove a PTO flywheel for a 1999 720 seadoo engine. there is a small hole in the center of the PTO wheel. is there a pin inside? it does not want to come off. do I just have to give it more force?

I think the hole on the side is a broken grease fitting.......is that right?

eh...its been a while. I think that these are reverse threaded on. I dont believe that there is a bolt in there. clean it out good and use a flash light. if not they are pressed on...check the micro fische on the parts store.

They are not reverse thread.
I have had the best luck with putting the crank in a vise with wood to protect the crank weights, lots of heat to release the thread lock, 4ft breaker bar on a pipe wrench, apply force with the pipe wrench then hit the impeller removal tool in the PTO at the same time with a good impact gun.
