Didn't know the darn VTS had to come out!

Well guys I was gonna wait until I got to the lake and tested Jerry's repitch on my stock prop, but I couldn't resist,so when my son was down for a nap I headed for the Power pipe and the RXP. Popped her cowl cherry! It was great very easy.

Then I get down to the baffle and damn thing just wont come out. My first thought was that I was Glad I am not at the lake thinking this was a 10min. job. That is what I was gonna do after first test of the repitch.
So I sit there and go damn the VTS has to come out. So I am glad that my tools has stock pilled as I have a Seadoo VTS tool for the nut.
And that is as far as I got and my son woke up. So I am stock until tonight when he goes down for the night.

    Anyway finish it soon.

The Green Hulk way is to whip out your sawzall and cut the part of the plastic resonator off that looks like a pipe (the part where the two hoses connect to) That bitch comes right out then

    Screw taking the VTS off

Yea, but I will need to put back to stock to sell it.
It was OK I had all the tools. Just need to finish up when Dylan falls asleep.
He is sittin in my lap as I type.

I am gonna losen the clamp up and rotate the water box and pull the foam off of it.

Well just got back from the lake all weekend and have results on powerpipe and prop.
The pipe sounds awesome. Didn't feel any difference at all. Maybe a little
more umpth. But that could of been the prop.

The boat only turned 8050 RPMs at a best of 68.9 with me. I have seen high 69's and 1 70mph when it had the stock prop and baffle.

The ski did feel like it pull a little harder. So I am not sure if this was the pipe or prop.

it was cool and smooth a glass. I did notice this prop doesn't fit as tight in the ring as my other prop. I set them in there back to back and my prop was tight and this one would drop wright in. They are both NEW Oem props.

Any thoughts? I am gonna try my original prop now.
