Can you help me assemble my engine?
So I have all my parts to put my ultra150 engine back together, but I've never done it before. I had to get the crank rebuilt, so the whole thing is apart. The only reason I haven't started putting it back together because I don't have the torque wrenches required. Also I would like someone looking over me when I do it. I just want to do it right the first time.
So is there any one around Orlando, FL that can help me. I would bring the engine to you as I live in an apartment and don't really have a place to work and get dirty.

Do you have a service manual for the Ultra150?
If not, there are digital copies of the manual available, if you ask around someone here will provide with a link to one for download.
And you can get inexpensive torque wrenches from your local Harbor Freight store...

very simple, just make sure all the balance shaft oil holes are clean, and carefully torque the flywheel on and check the starter gear still spins one way

Don't forget the oil for the balance shaft bearings. Make sure the balance shaft is timed to the crank as per the manual.
