    2011 Seadoo RXT bogging down

Hey guys I have a Seadoo Rxt with 11 hours on it, and it is not getting up to top speed, running rough, and the acceleration is not there. I had my throttle at 5000 rpms, and the engine would spike to 6500 rpms out of no where, then drop back down to 5000. I thought I had bad gas, but I siphoned all of it out, put new spark plugs in it, took it out after that, and when the tank was getting low, it started acting up. The ski sounded horrible as it was sitting in my driveway flushing it out. Sounded like it was misfiring, and all sounded like the engine was revving up by itself instead of staying at an even 1800 rpms at idle. Hope this helps, and thank you!

The inner coolers are a known issue on the 11&12 models.
    Any codes??
If its under warranty bring it in.
