center cylinder is definitely low and the other two are low as well but that may be because your cam timming is at full retard. Easiest way to determine whether you have a (cylinder, valve, seat, issue up top or A issue down low, piston, bore, rings etc) is to squirt a little oil in that cylinder if your compression goes up look down if the compression stays the same look up. All else fails run a leak down test on that cylinder

should i put the plugs in it and start it up....and then do it again...it hasn't been driven in 2 months....or you think i should sell stand walk away as i don't drive em nearly enough....ANYONE WANT IT to do a rebuild block is still good still runs just needs a rebuild and i do not have enough time to do it and ride it.

Are you in Florida? Did you add some oil in the low cylinder?? I mean do you want to know where the problem is?

All compression guages read different #'s.
It could be a carbon build up on the valves that are causing that 1 cylinder to read low.
I'd run it and see if you notice a lack of power.
These skis don't like to sit.

Leak down test is best way to see if you have issues.

Most of the time sometimes It can throw you in a loop. I did a bore scope on a zero compression cylinder I seen no holes on pistons, I did find a couple Pieces of the valve seats and a valve stuck Open. Glad I pulled the block on this one
