How to remove the drive line coupling shaft???

I have yet another question, i pulled my driveline from my 2002 gp1200r and i do not know how to remove the coupling shaft and flywheel

the driveline, short shaft and flywheel (least thats what i think its called) are all still connected and im not sure how to remove them,
because water keeps getting into my jet ski and i've checked for holes in the hull and couldn't find none, check everything even the exhaust and engine to see if it was leaking and it wasn't so i think its the driveline but im not sure also could it be that the driveline is busted, which is why water is getting in the hull or what?? cuz i am totally out of ideas on why water is still getting in the hull

also just a quick side question:
for the end crankshaft seal, front oil seal, rear inner and rear outer seal, how in the world would i put those on there, because i have the crank and everything taken out and i just cant find where to put them kind of a newb at this hard stuff
