R-12x aquatrax with no spark. really need help!!

Hi there, I have a 2003 r12x and it has no spark, I can hear the fuel pump activate, the engine cranks over fine, the dash does is self check on lanyard insertion, I do have low fuel and the warning light is flashing because of this, would this cause the ecm to drop the spark? the gauge is still reading a quarter of a tank tho, I have ridden it with less fuel than this, and the same thing warning lamp flashing.. I should also mention the running gear has just been freshly transplanted into a jet boat, I have triple checked every connection, and no wiring has been altered from factory yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Left it alone, had a think, went back and pulled all the plugs I hadn't touched, and I found the 14 pin plug down by the voltage reg had about 6 corroded pins, one of them was power feed for the coils, cleaned them all up and boom into life.
