2000 Polaris Virage TX - replaced every component in electrical box

After replacing all components in electrical box & stator, still having problems with warm restarts. Also changed the wire fix to take care of this. What to check next? runs great and will start easy the first time.

Could be a fuel issue if its not electrical. Do you need to choke it to make it restart?

no it just cranks, doesn't even try to start. then later when it sits it will start first time. act just like the problem with the Polaris fix for the wire jump, but this has been taken care of. could they have the wire in the wrong location on the board? (orange wire to red purple wire)

Do a quick ohms check on plug wires/boots. See #3 post at link below for details:

told you wrong, does not crank. acts like it is completely dead when you push start/stop button or bilge.

Sounds like an issue with the LR if it won't even crank.

installed different LR also along with all other parts and did not take care of problem.

Little harsh for someone asking for help...

And where did you mention it does not "Crank" or turn over...actually you mentioned the exact opposite....

Can you clarify, when your PWC exhibits the issue:
    1. Does the motor spin when the stat button is pressed?
    2. If it spins, is there spark on any cylinder?
    3. If it does not spin, is there any relay click or is power being provided to the starter relay?

loonatik - no the circuit breaker does not need reset. once it sits awhile it will then start

ghostinstallation - motor does not spin when press start button. No relay click. need to check if power being provided to start relay. need to bring everything to lake to check. It has to run awhile before this happens.
