Sudden engine stop and not ale to turn over

Can anyone give me some thoughts on my potential problem?
i had a great day riding for a few hours in massive waves the other day. My ski a 2008 RXPX seemed to run flawless. Just after launching off a wave I backed off the throttle and the motor stopped with the beeper going off. I was floating in pretty big swells and couldn't start back up. After a while i managed to drift back to the beach safely. My buddy and I tried to start the ski, but no luck. There was just a "click" sound but it would not crank. We flipped the ski to check if I sucked up something in the impeller, but nothing. We took out the battery and tested it...about 85% charge ...so that's not it.

i have this bad feeling the supercharger locked up or blew!

The ski has 91 hours in it and I'm not sure if the washers were upgraded in the past, since I bought it used.

    Any thoughts on this?

    thanks

It sounds like the motor seized up, not the supercharger. Pull the plugs and see if it will crank over.

Just removed the plugs and the motor does turn over...barely, but there is quite a loud screeching sound like metal on metal tube?

How did the plugs look? Any damage? Pull the charger and pump one at a time to see if it gets beter or if you see damage.

Was water shooting out the plug holes when you turned it over?

If its not the supercharger or the pump pull the valve cover to see if the valves move when you turn it over.

If you see something out of place post up a picture and we can help you find the problem.

Pull the rubber discharge tube from the SC...if there is silver dust, the SC took a crap...

Easiest way is to pull the sc 91 hours and probably a non serviced sc which is 100 hours

No water shooting out. Plugs were dry and looked fine. When cranking, the normal fine mist comes out (fuel)

Jumping waves is really tough on the S/C the load and unlaod of S/C in the air landing back in the water. I would pull S/C first it is real easy to get out. Then see if it engine free's up

Took off the sc hose and there is a silvery grey film on the inside of the exhaust port....sort of like diamond paste ( it's a bit oily)
