OEM vs upgraded comparison with photos (SC wheel, shaft and idler gear)

I wanted to post some photos of the weight of the OEM SC wheel, shaft and 2009 idelr gear vs Etech low boost wheel, Riva gen3 SC shaft and 2013 idler gear, so this can give you guys an idea of stock vs upgraded rotating mass differences (all units expressed in grams). Also a couple pics of 2009 clutch and the 2013 one.

I was trying to tell these folks that the C1 is heavier than stock........How can that be "The most reliable setup" Wow you got 12grams more than stock I was seeing 10 on my scale.......I think the B1 wheel is the same weight as Stock

good info, we should combine all weighted parts into a single thread. http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=191055

Rick, i heard as well that R&D wheels are heavier then others.. i have not personally confirmed this.

thats a great idea ! RIVA wheels are indeed nearly identical weight to the stock wheel but the difference in the 2013 and 2009 idler is huge.

If its heavier, of course it wont be the most reliable, and dont forget the fact that the C1 puts a little more boost than stock, so this will create more load for the clutch to deal with. I think the most reliable setup for the moment is the 2013 clutch with OEM wheel and shaft, but thats no fun for a speed junky

Damn so looking at this clutch pic I think I have the 2012 and older style again. I bought my ski brand new at the dealer first clutch went at 108hr having a reflash, took it to the dealer under warranty they fixed and saying to me that they put a brand new 2013 clutch but looking at this pic my clutch look like the 2009 style. Now the ski have 180hr on the new clutch.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS A 2013 CLUTCH ON THIS PICS

    THANK YOU
