    Polaris 780 filler neck

    I have a Polaris 780 SLT (96 I think...) and the filler neck is cracked and the threads are all screwed up. I've been trying to find a new replacement but can't find the parts anywhere. Do they still make them?

    Secondly, when I do replace it, is it as easy as drilling out the 4 rivots, then screwing in four new screws, or will I have to rivot the new filler neck?

    You can use screws and lock nuts if you want. Just be sure to get stainless steel hardware.

    Or you could fill the 4 holes and use this style.
