Use the search function on this site.
You might need to use multiple searches and different words but I know there are threads on pump removal on the new skis.

    Here are the instructions:

You obviously stripped the brass inserts that are in the plastic, which several of us have done the same thing. Once you get the left and right thru hull brackets off, you need to order new ones and do NOT over tighten these bolts again. The bushings in picture 3 can be removed with long needle nose pliers, it simply slides out.

You have to follow the instructions in order, it is very important. Such as raise the iBr gate, then remove the iBr gate "key" on the left side, then remove the gate itself, then you'll have access to the pump.

You will have to remove the Ibr motor to get to the damaged plastic thru hull bracket.

I know it is all ass pain, but it has to be done. Get your self a shop manual, you cant do this stuff with out one!
