    Ultra 150

Put the ultra in an left it at the dock overnight, I usually do this! Came back in the am and back end sunk!
Haven't taken it out from last summer and had new motor mounts put in, was running fine! I can't understand why it sunk? Yes plugs were in! Now what?

Did water get in the engine? Remove the spark plugs and crank it to see if water blows out.

The gaskets on the drain plugs are lousy, try replacing them with gaskets from a garden hose connector.

Also, look for water leaks at the driveshaft seal behind the engine.

get back out there and get that motor running!. if you can't better spray a couple cans of foggin oil in there and crank it some more.

if you don't get it running soon..rust forms on the crank bearings and that's a killer.

Trying to get it to run, won't stay running for long. Charging battery now to keep at it!
Anything else I should be doing?

Check the electrical boxes at the rear to see if the salt water got inside.
Check the gas if salt water got in when it sank.
