Best place to weld air/fuel bung in on 2012 SHO FX Cruiser?

Am I lucky enough to have a place to screw it in or does a bung have to be welded in, I am guessing it does so where is the best spot?

Check the lower pipe coming off of the exhaust manifold. I think there is a plugged location there that you can run an AFR to..

If its like the FZ u need to buy the r&d plate (2012 and newer only). Easy to install but kinda spendy.

just get a 2009-2011 exhaust pipe.....then you don't need that stupid R&D plate that will get your sensor wet.....then you can mount it closer to engine and further away from water and box

You really think its any more likely to get wet with the plate that places it 1 1/2" farther back? Have a link to failures with the plate?

You have not ran it long enough to have a failure......I woulden't have my sensor that close to my water box..... but to each his own, I run a heat bung on mine to keep it dry
