    RXP Supercharger problem

Hey guys. I bought a supercharger with a riva gen 2 (green wheel). I know this boosts the psi but he said I can run my stock injectors and ecm. I'm still learning and not sure if this is right. I have a big trip in a few days and don't want to ruin my ski. Please let me know what you think.

I've got a riding buddy who's running a 9lb wheel and stock Injectors and ecu/ecm.
He's had 0 issues and its fast. 75 mph gps.

He also has a few other bolt on mods to help it get to 75mph.
How much boost is that charger?

He said 9-10 lbs. I'm worried about leaning it out. Haven't had too much luck with my rxp this season. Put a 14/19 impeller on and the the carbon ring went bad. Got that fixed and the s/c started slipping. Looked at it and it was leaking oil. Then had electrical problems and found out my new battery's bad. I don't have time to rebuild my s/c because of a trip so I bought this one to get me by for now.

I have a friend who runs one on stock injectors and when he finally got an AFR he was running 12.6 - 13 ...

But runs fine with no issues and max boost a 9psi ...

    Bit lean for me ...

If your worried put your stock wheel on it and go. Check your slip while your working on it. And make sure it dose not have ceramic washers even if the guy told you they aren't.

As long as you have the stock intercooler and air intake you will be fine with the stock injectors..once you add a external intercooler and air intake you will want to go with 42s...

Always good to get a afr gauge on any ski. What works for most might or might not work for you.
If you hapend to have a fuel pump thats dieing or a regulator thats lower than normal you could have problems.
With out a afr gauge its all just a educated guess.

Look at what a afr gauge cost vs a engine rebuild with new pistons. Then see if the gamble is worth it to you.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm going to put an afr gauge on it if I have time. Leaving in 3 days and the charger will be here tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes.
