    If any valves hav had a "HIT" i would replace them, if they are not all the latest type, replace them all anyway, It will most likely need a valve job and clean up, probably give the face a skim.

    ll round Id say its perfectly repairable but think yourself lucky, mine was not so "pretty"

    I had a blown head gasket and this is what i found! My valve are the new ones, i wonder if i should deck the engine?

    yes you should deck the head so the surfaces are 100% flat

    yes you should deck the head so the surfaces are 100% flat

    Yes i will have the head work on!! I wonder about the block should i get it shave?

    Is the block still in the boat? You could put a straight edge on it and check it...

    No, i pulled it out just in case!! What is a straight edge?

    A straight edge is a perfectly flat piece of metal. Take the bar and go laterally and horizontally and run a feeler gauge under it. I usually drag a .001" under it, and if there is drag the whole length, you can assume it is flat.
