    Cylinder Bore Sizes

I need to clean up some damage. How big can I go with the stock sleeves and still be safe? 100.25mm? 100.50mm? Better to just re-sleeve?

100.50 CP's, or if larger needed u may need to re sleeve, or go Darton. Make sure they aren't out of round also. If so a good used block maybe needed.

    Riva's 2nd over measure 100.44

I only use CP Pistons, By the looks of your cylinders, it might clean up at .010 (.25mm) but id rather go .50mm and be done.

I was thinking .50mm over but not sure how the sleeve would hold up that thin. Any idea how thick it is initially at 100mm?
