    Supercharger bearings

I sold my 137+4mm and getting a 68-140 so I have to ship my housing to [email protected] so I'll have to disassemble my charger with 0hrs and don't want to remove and replace the same bearings. What bearings are u guys running? I've heard the skf bearings have been having problems and I can't find the factory fag bearings. I can order the factory ones from work for 26$ each my cost but would like to find them somewhere else. Thanks

There are only 2 real type of bearings that i know of that people have been running..The OEMs and the SKF...You can buy the OEM ones but like you said, they are 26 bucks a piece....SKFs??i dont know prices on them...I run the OEMs BUT have installed SKFs on other chargers without issues...

Any dealership is able to get you the OEM ones. I know my local dealer here in Canada sells them or about 30$/ea/cdn wich is about your 26$/us.
Or directly here in the OEM parts store.

Well I guess I'll buy the factory ones really don't trust the skf after reading some threads where people have had problems but who's to say they installed them right.... they could have cocked them sideways a little when installing which damaged them..... I always heat the housing and freeze the bearing and they drop in with your finger
