Thread: What's this?

Hey guys, haven't been around here for a while. Got the go fast diesel bug, then family health issues popped up so haven't had much time to tinker with the ski like I had wanted.
Long story short I had a fairly expensive weekend. I was out on my bone stock (except for washers) 07 RXP. Checked under seat for water while on the river and saw this guy sitting right behind the fuel tank I farm and am harvesting right now so haven't had any time to search for what it could be. Anybody know? It's a 19mm nut.
And then this happened while idling in at the launch. Not quite sure how it happened but it did so oh well. Want to upgrade, if I had to choose I'd rather gain holeshot than top speed, but wouldn't mind both I ride at areas from 600 to about 3800 feet. Will probably build a 4inch intake after the wheat is in. Would I be outpropping the ski with a 14/19r? I can't find the old 4tec ski performance sticky any more =\ 13/18r? 13/19r?
Thanks in advance!

Your broken bolt thing is a sensor of some sorts, but if it broke off you should be getting some kind of warning/error/fault code and the buzzer going off

No warnings/buzzer/water in hill/noticeable ill effects or sounds honestly. Does look like it could be a thermo couple but there'd be no way to tighten that nut if the smooth part were probe side.

That broken bolt is one of the hull inserts for the sponsons.

Awesome. Thanks. Lost a sponson a while ago and just had the dealer deal with it since it was still under warranty. Probably from that but I'll go through and make its not happening again.
Any advice on an impeller or direction to the old sticky?
