2012 rxt x with et 68-140 what size prop
With the mods in my signature what prop should I be running. I have a 15/19 and a 9000rpm rev limit but I'm all over the limiter I have repitched the prop to a 15/20 should I pitch it some more? How far do you want to stay off the limiter

I was all over the limiter with my 15-20 and 12 PX with a 68-140. I would think you would need a little bit more than a 15-20. I havent run the TX with mods yet, but hope this helps.
I turned a 15-22 8760 with 68-140xle

I bet a stock 15/22 will only get you to 81-8200 on a t
also IMO I would stay under 88 on flat water with a 9000 limit
in the chop the rpms are much higher

Are you using the stock 83mm nozzle or a 87mm nozzle?
IMO, 8750-8800 rpm with the S3 RXT-X hull is the sweet spot for overall pump efficiency and is proven safe for stock valves.
I was seeing 81-82 mph with my ET 137. I now have a ET 68-140 that is just getting broken in. I rode yesterday in 103* heat in 90* water and only saw 8600-8700 rpm. Once it cools down I should be right at 8800 and over 83 mph.
I use a SFR modified Solas 12.5/19 and is set up for very high heat that we see in Texas. You must have some cooler weather and water temps, so I suggest trying the 15/20 and or play with the leading edge also 13-14.

Mac racing has some props in his ebay store that may suit your requirements at a great price

How in the heck did I turn my SRZ 15-22 8740+ in my 12 PX then with my 68-140? I guess I have alot to learn on the T-x.

Thanks for all the input.
Jt I seen 112km (69.5mph) but did not want to hold it wot as it was bouncing off the limiter. I have the stock nozzle and air temp was 14c (57f) water temp was 11c (51f)
