Kawasaki 750 sts stater test ????!!!!!!?????
SO I hooked up my volt meter to the red and purple wires and turned the knob to the 200 value (VAC). When I cranked the motor my readings was 06.9, I've read that the current should be between 60-80 vac. My question, is does my reading check out on the volt meter or do I need a new stater?

The unfortunate thing is that its a 750 sts and a 96 so I cant sell it for value im stuck with it. Please any help would be really appreciated.
