V-Tech Customers Who Need A Response

I'm starting this to hopefully get everyone in one place who needs a response from V-Tech. It's a great product but I will NEVER recommend it due to the fact that there is one guy who can't handle it all.

I can't log in to my account and I'm on the rev limiter again. I got to use it once and now have a $1k useless box sitting on my desk. It's been 6 days with no response. Is it possible for someone to send me their tune and I upload it without logging in?

yeah I just sent him an email asking for help and referring him to this thread. I'm sure the response to this post will greatly increase over the weekend. I'm hoping to get it out in one location just how bad it is now.

The product is great and I haven't any problems but I seen from others on how slow are the response ...

Some have been weeks after a heap of direct emails ...

Under staffed , who knows ....

Jerry sent him an email but I don't think it's appropriate for me to copy it here.

Like I said it really is a great product but even the best product turns useless without support.

They need to hire one more guy and stop being a one man show. They are growing with every purchase. I mean most cant afford Motec and then the others dont want the hassel of Athena's issue's. So V-Tech is who most are turning to. Its a race to the finish line for Riva and V-tech who is gonna get there certains issue's sorted out to gain more customers?

IMO Jerry and the employee(s) he has available should be able to perform the same support as Jonathan. That would help lots.

Well said Austin. I had a long talk with Jonatan this morning and he is working towards that. Even if he could set up an auto response on his email to let customers know he will work on their tune and get back with them would be helpful. Ignoring customers is not an option that I will put up with!!!

I hope to see things improve from V-tech!
