    Great Lakes Watercross

Does anyone run in the Great Lakes Watercross Series? I just seen they have a Supercourse (Offshore) Class with I would be interested in. Bad part is they only have 1 race actually on Lake Michigan. Wondering if they really have a field that runs in it. The rest are inland in Wi. I may have to give John Zigler a call,he's a sponsor.

The next one is suppose to have that class...I guess if they have a field. And I think you answered that, doesn't sound like they have any racers for it. GPR717 can you PM me a contact # for Scott?

Do they run any of the Vintage ski classes? The old PSI would be fun in that.

Bryan, That was what I was thinking, maybe next year see about getting some of the guys in the area to go out and support that class. That the style of riding I actually had in mind when putting my ski together.

The Super Course event is also referred to as "offshore racing" and these are long-distance races that test both the stamina of the rider and the reliability of their equipment. Racers compete head-to-head in either a point-to point race, or a race of multiple laps, around a designated course. The length of time for each endurance race varies and the race may allow pit stops for refueling. Because there is little or no contact with endurance racing, it is appealing to a large number watercraft enthusiasts.
