08 Ultra 250x problem
My boat has been running trouble free and unmodified, last ran it two weeks ago no problems.
Put it in the water today, was idling around a couple minutes waiting on my buddy and then felt a "blip" in the engine, we were on the mississippi and it felt like I sucked up a bag or stick, I ran the throttle up and it felt different, almost like the engine wasn't running right and the exhaust note was different. The boat would jump up on plane, but didn't sound right and was underpowered.
We pulled the boat out on the trailer and the impeller / shaft / intake were all spotless, thought maybe bearing, but no flex or issues apparent there. (I've had a bad bearing before and this doesn't feel like that) Supercharger belt intact.
I'm thinking that this is something new and I'm wondering if it might be related to the supercharger and how I might go about diagnosing that.... thinking back on my time on the water today, my supercharger "whine" was absent when I got on the throttle.
Any help would be appreciated, we're planning a Lake Superior trip next weekend and I'm hoping to get it back up and running.

Any suggestions on diagnosing?
Any thoughts or ideas on my problem? Boat starts and idles fine, when I run the throttle up the exhaust note sounds "odd" and it is underpowered, similar in sound and effect to a ski that has sucked something in the intake. I'm wondering if something is disconnected or loose, so I'm going through everything I can think of and find that would make sense..... I'm at 140 hours on the boat, all by me since new.

Rpm's and boost?
Check your airhorn(sucking against the hull) and hoses.

Thanks for the suggestions, will check both. My Polaris Virage TX did have the airhorn come loose and suck up to the hull, it did have that power sucking effect

Silicon, sikaflex, superglue anything that will glue plastic and rubber

I've had plugs fail in an instant. It's wierd. They are not cheap either.
