    Finding a leak

If I believe I have a leak in an 06 RXP, can I just put it on the trailer and start to fill it up with water until it starts leaking out to find the leak? Or is that a bad idea for some reason of which I am not aware?

Dont fill it up tho. the engine might get cranky if its flooded.

Well I don't see any need to fill it higher than the waterline when it's stationary and floating. Will that hurt anything?

Well I found the leak. It's the left plug. The out part of the plug is sealing just fine with the hull. It's the part that screws in is leaking. Anyone know how to fix that? (:

Might just need a new O ring, they perish and fall off causing a leak.
