    Ultra 300 misfire

    Any of you guys had a issue like this.
    Ski runs sweet until 4-4500 rpm then starts to splutter and sometimes cut out , if you can get it past 5000 it runs strong , Its like its hitting the limiter or limp mode , I have notices no water coming from the pisser , I suspect a head gasket issue ? any thoughts

    Check the pump and exhaust for plugs or debris.

    I had a similar issue when i had mine rebuilt. It was caused from a fouled plug. Check all your plugs and hopefully you will found the fouled one. If its not that then as stated previously, check your pump for any crap that couldve gotten sucked up.

    Sounds like maybe 2 issues. Are you saying no water ever comes out the pisser? Water should come out of the pisser at all times. Very light at idle, quite a bit while riding fast. Check the plugs first for the sputter.

    Thanks for the tips , checked all them , On idle, water trickles out of the pisser as you increase rpm. The pisser splutters and stops? ,I have also noticed the supercharger right at the exist where the cooling lines are is very hot ,all the other parts are cool after a short run.

    remove the pisser hose from the exhaust manifold and blow through it, then get a piece of wire or drill bit and push it into the manifold fitting its a small hole through the gasket that blocks easy. i also think you are confusing the exhaust with the s/c dont stress its all fine

    how many hours have you checked the exhaust filter?

    Check your oil cap on rocker cover, if the oil cap has white slush on the cap, sort of milky looking prob means you have a blown head gasket
