    polaris genesis 1200 new motor

    I bought a 00 Polaris genesis 1200 fitch di and it did not run so me and my dad got it to run ok we ran it for about 10 hours witch we bought it with 75 hours and we did a compression check cylinder 1 is 125 cylinder 2 is 125 and cylinder 3 was 70 so we put a 1.00 over pistion it had a .50 over it ran good for maybe 15 min then lost a cylinder anyway long story short we put in a BRAND NEW PISTION RINGS AND JUG HAD 118 COMP TO START THEN TO 80 comp after 25 min of idiling in the canal so we pulled the motor and rod 3 the trust berings where GONE and it had been remand about 3 times the pistions where 1.50 over and last night baught a new motor with 6.2 hours and tried to remove the jet pump today and I got the nozzle of but not the part before the impeller any one know how ?

    ok it was helpful will get back with you when I see the motor I will right back hopeing to see it tomarrow

    ok got the motor today around noon it was a carb motor so I took these heads off and put my di heads on got it in and all I have left is emm ehaust and intake and jet pump

    Do not forget to cap off the pulse fittings on the crankcase. They are used for carburetors but not for fuel injection.

    ya I mad sure of those had to switch the throttle bodies to originals
