    fuel upgrade

    The only problem I feel I may have is im getting to much fuel to the pto cylinder because when I give it full throttle fuel shoots everywhere and the engine kinda sputters a lil I have it set at 7/8th turn

    what do you mean by efuel shoots everywhere? where does it shoot from?

    If fuel is shooting every where you've got a leak..
    These things can blow (big boom!!!)

    Don't ride it again till ya fix the leak!!!

    Do you mean it's coming back out the top of the carb? Where is the rest of your airbox (mesh screen/gasket and top half)? Were you running it without the cover?

    If you need the airbox cover/screen I've got a spare that was heading to the scrapper that you can have...

    Yes the fuel is spraying back out the pto carb when I give it full throttle I do have a air box and screen I just had it off to see how the fuel was spraying into the cylinder dont know how much I can cut back on the high speed needle

    i had this issue not that long ago on my SLXH and it turned out to be a broken reed

    All the reeds are new its gotta do something with the carbs I rebuild the carbs its the correct high speed jet i have the high speed needle set at 7/8 i dont know if I can set it down some and dont know how much I should

    are the reed cages new? my cage was cracked as well and it was launching gas straight out the carb at wide open

    I wouldn't rule out reeds because they're new. Fuel spraying back out is generally a pretty good indication of a bad reed. Perhaps there is some debris holding a petal up or they do not sit flush against the reed cages.

    All the carburetor does is spray fuel into the carb body, the engine either sucks it in and burns it off or if it has bad reeds some of that air/fuel/oil charge comes back out.

    Be careful leaning out a Fuji engine, they are known to run lean and burn holes in the pistons. The way to tune is by checking piston wash.

    Its not coming back up from the reeds its more like when the fuel comes out the high speed jet in the pto carb. When I give it WOT the fuel just seems like its coming out way to much and just sprays all over the place do you think the high speed setting is to high?
