    Pro 1200 - TLC Needed

I took this Pro 1200 in as a trade for my 99 GSXR-600 sport bike that I could no longer ride due to having a tumor removed from my head (too much pain with a helmet). Its in need of some TLC cosmetically, and a simple tune up with plugs and maybe a few fuel lines soon. No grey lines as it was rebuilt in 2011, and has a new battery this spring. I've taken her out once since I took ownership of the ski and it flies....almost a little too fast for me as its been a long time since I've been on a ski. I also traded my Sea Ray jet boat for a 98 GSX Limited in amazing shape and a 2 place trailer. This build will focus on the Polaris only.

I started with rebuilding the seat. It was horrible, but a ton of epoxy and epanding foam glue has made it 100x better than it was. Also a new seat cover is being installed right now during my evenings off of work.

I also plan to strip off all the decals and repaint the Pro, fix a few issues and make her look like new again. I also have new turf to lay down after the repaint. Attached is the condition that I have it in currently.

I have to thank the following memebers already, TBone14 for the rear left corner trim piece & Xlint89 for the Beach House Sponsons!!

Seat is completed and I'll get pics of it with the Blacktip cover installed once it stops raining outside here in MI.

I just want to warn you right now, there really isnt any glue that sticks to that seat base material. I repaired a few using a plastic welder with the polyethylene rod and it has worked.

from the looks of that tim nozzle, thats a drop nozzle i dont believe thats trim, lemme guess you squeeze it and it put the jet down you let go and it picks it up again, that was a race ski once in its life

Yeah, he said the motor went out on it and couldn't find a replacement. I have the paperwork on it from when it was put on. Have all the records for service and the rebuild too.
