Death in NJ....Wave runner collision near Seaside Heights...
Last night (around 8pm) in Jersey Shore area, two ski's collided and one fatality. Other skier is supposedly fled the scene and found the ski near Brick Township (not far away) abandoned. Just a FYI out there to be careful and aware of other skiers in the waters.
There were many injuries in past years and now mandatory safety courses must be taken before anyone can ride a ski.

Wow. 8:00 P.M. is borderline too late to be out on a ski anyway....

Pretty sure the ski was one of the guys that got hurt. I heard he wasnt wearing the lanyard. Also pretty sure they found the ski several miles away. All word of mouth though... what a shame.

Who was the found ski registered to? Doesn't make sense to flee unless he was under influence.

The latest article says the one brother picked the other up and took him to shore.
