Wanted used shreadmaster for ultra 150

Does anyone know where I can find a used shreadmaster rideplate for my 1999 ultra 150? I would like to replace the stock one to help with top speed and make it more stable.

Sold mine years ago, did nothing for speed, handling issues were corrected with a set of Beach House sponsons. Some people love it, I found it a waste of money.

I switched back to the stock plate and never regretted it.

Did the sponsons fixed the tendency to turn at high speeds while going straight in rough water? Did it reduce the top speed any?

Yes they did and little to no speed loss. I got no speed gains with the shred over stock.
The ultra, weather it has a shred or sponsons still has to be respected in rough water. I had the shred with stock sponsons, one day in rollers it hooked 90 degrees and I took a bad spill.
switched to beach house sponsons and far better in the rough and handles great.
    problem is finding a set.
if you set the sponsons right, they just touch at speed, far less tendency to "hook" over stock ones.

I like my shred master, the ski doesn't slide out like it does with the stock plate. And deff helped in the rough water. Just like splish said regardless you have to respect this machine in anything rough. I paired it with beach houses and r&d intake. I think there's a pair of beach houses and shred master on ebay right now..
