    Flywheel Installation

    Hey everyone,

I am about to finalize my motor installation and am installing the new flywheel bolts. I know the trigger wheel and flywheel align using the locator pin but does the magnetic drum(for lack of a better word) matter how it is installed? The version of the manual I have doesn't indicate anything.

    Thanks,

    Will

I don't think it matters if there is no pin hole to locate.

On my 06 I cant recall for sure but I think there was a locate hole but the pin is to short to go into it but I put the hole over the pin.

Or there was no hole and I just tossed it on and never looked back.

Nice. Thanks for the input. Did y'all use the seadoo grease on the coupler?

Does not matter. The mag has no locator pin hole, you can see the pin through one of the larger holes in it.
