Could this be the year???? Suzuki did it in 10Yrs. Why not for Seadoo....
Well i was thinking if this could be the year for Seadoo to upgrade there power plant?? I mean it took Suzuki 10 years to upgrade there 1299cc engine to the new 1340cc. The first Hayabusa came out in 1999 and the second generation in 2008 basically 10yrs. 2014 would be 10yr anniversary of there 1494cc engines, could this be a dejavoo??

Highly doubt it. Bigger engine wont really gain them more sales. Now, smaller engine would. Best bet is a new smaller engine and lower priced ski to gain more market.
I said last year they would be coming out with a 900 cc engine. We shall see in a month....

Yamaha has certainly stepped up their game with the introduction of the SVHO line (those boats are loaded for bear!).

No 2 smokes... The EPA isn't going to allow them because of the oil in our water ways...
Seadoo isn't going to change a proven 4 tec. They are going to add a different color combo and more features..
Also a price increase...
Just my 2 cents...

I might be the only one who hopes they keep the 4-Tec. It's proven, plus you can find a huge amount of knowledge and parts.
