    riva vs rr intercooler

    i have read on the forum a topic about this but i don't know if someone have tested and compared this parts.
    what is the best ?
    the riva have a blow off valve buti don't know about the rr?

    Nobody that i know of has done a back to back test of these two intercoolers.

    Hopefully I will be doing one soon.

    thank you jerry,i will wait for your test because i want to buy one but i want the better
    do you know if the rr have a blow off valve?

    Depends on whose plumbing kit you use. PPG likes to use the BOV and Race Tech goes without a BOV.

    PPG & Race Tech are the only two distributors of RR equipment.

    ok, but without bov the compressor clutch is out of order rapidly.
    rotax do a special clutch kit for compressor

    Yes, Rotax Racing has a heavy duty clutch kit.

    The Riva intercooler comes with a blow off valve as part of the kit.

    I think with the plumbing kit and stock IC blockoff plate they run about $1100
