20PSI is a tad low for fuel pressure, but not enough to be a problem.

Connect neon glow type inline spark testers inline with each spark plug. Start engine and hold down Start button. Does the spark disappear before the engine stops?

Make sure you are using the correct NGK PZFR6H spark plugs. No substitutes.

You can bypass the LR-503 module for testing.
